Présentation du projet

ZH Labs Furniture has completed a laboratory furniture project in Bahrain. The scope included 95 meters of steel-wood workbenches and 8 all-steel fume hoods (1500×900×2350mm). The worktops are 16mm black epoxy resin. The frame is made of 60×40×1.2mm galvanized steel tube with 60-80μm epoxy resin powder coating, and the cabinets are 18mm MDF with melamine facing. The fume hoods are all-steel and come with a storage cabinet underneath for reagents and chemicals. The goods were installed by the client’s own team, and the project was completed on September 20, 2026.

Solutions et matériaux

Steel-Wood Workbenches

95 meters, customized to the client’s laboratory layout. The worktop is 16mm black epoxy resin, resistant to acids, alkalis, heat, and impact, with a repairable surface. The frame uses 60×40×1.2mm galvanized steel tube with 60-80μm epoxy resin powder coating for strong adhesion and corrosion resistance. Cabinets are 18mm MDF with melamine facing, moisture-resistant and easy to clean.

All-Steel Fume Hoods

8 units, 1500×900×2350mm, all-steel construction for local exhaust ventilation and safety protection during experiments. Each unit comes with a storage cabinet underneath for reagents and chemicals.

Installation

The project was installed by the client’s own team. Before shipment, we provided product drawings, installation instructions, and necessary technical guidance to ensure the client’s team could complete the assembly smoothly.

The project was successfully completed on September 20, 2026.
