The client required a laboratory with exceptional chemical resistance, the ability to support heavy instrumentation, and optimized workflow within a compact footprint, all while meeting the highest safety standards. Key challenges included:

Our Core Solution: A Fusion of Materials, Structure & Intelligence
We addressed each challenge with precision engineering, with our core solution manifesting in three key areas:
1. Robust Cabinet Construction:
All cabinets are constructed from 18mm thick high-quality plywood, providing a solid and stable base for heavy storage and instrument support. All drawers and doors are fitted with soft-close mechanisms. This ensures smooth, quiet operation and gentle automatic closing, significantly enhancing lab safety and minimizing accidental impacts.
2. High-Performance Worksurface & Load-Bearing Design:
The work surfaces are crafted from 20mm thick phenolic resin boards. This material is renowned for its superior resistance to chemicals, heat, extremely low water absorption, and ease of sterilization. The core design meets a load-bearing capacity of 300kg per square meter (evenly distributed), providing a stable and secure platform for heavy equipment such as centrifuges and spectrometers.
3. Integrated Flexible Fume Extraction System:
Each workstation is equipped with a 360° adjustable flexible fume extraction arm. These arms can be precisely positioned at the source of contaminants, working in tandem with high-power fans to ensure swift capture and removal of hazardous vapors, creating a safe local ventilation environment for researchers.
