We recently successfully delivered a batch of high-performance ventilation equipment to a leading research and testing enterprise in the United States, including standard fume hoods and large walk-in fume hoods. Used for standard procedures like chemical dispensing and sample preparation. The inner liner and baffles are made of solid-grade phenolic resin board resistant to strong corrosion, ensuring long-term safety and durability.

2. Customized Large Walk-in Fume Hood:

This was the core and highlight of the project, specifically designed to house large instruments (e.g., spectrometers, chromatography systems, small reactor setups).

• Space & Structural Advantage: Its spacious interior allows researchers to literally “walk in” to operate, connect, and maintain instruments, completely solving the problem of fitting large equipment into traditional hoods. The robust structure can support heavy instruments.
• Superior Airflow Control: Features a airflow management system optimized via Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) and high-capacity fans. This ensures a stable air barrier at the operating interface even when the sash is fully open or personnel are inside, effectively preventing contaminant escape.
• User-Centric Design: Equipped with large impact-resistant viewing windows, multi-service fixtures (integrating water, electricity, gas ports), and internal lighting, creating a safe, efficient, and fully-functional large-scale experimental environment.
