We have established a long-term equipment supply partnership with a well-known manufacturing enterprise in Indonesia, having successfully completed two phases of laboratory furniture delivery. This project is characterized by phased planning and continuously deepening collaboration: the first container focused on stainless-steel solutions for cleanroom environments, while the second container expanded to all-steel and stainless-steel work areas for general laboratories. Although the client has not completed full installation due to their production line layout schedule, they have given clear positive feedback on product quality. Based on this trust, they plan to initiate a third procurement phase when their new factory becomes operational next year.

Client Needs & Phased Solutions

The client’s requirements emerged in phases alongside their capacity expansion, demanding equipment with high cleanliness, corrosion resistance, and industrial durability.

Cleanroom Stainless-Steel Furniture & Personnel Gowning Solution

The first container was entirely designed for high-grade clean environments, focusing on the personnel and material gowning process before entry, including:

• Stainless-Steel Step-Over Bench (Change Bench): Specifically designed for cleanroom entry points. Personnel can sit on it to change footwear, storing their outside shoes in dedicated compartments underneath, effectively preventing external dust from being carried into the clean area.
• Stainless-Steel Storage Lockers: Provide enclosed personal storage for staff clothing and belongings in the clean area.
• Stainless-Steel Racks:For storing raw materials, packaging, or cleanroom garments, featuring robust construction and smooth, easy-to-clean surfaces.
• Stainless-Steel Washdown Benches/Sinks: Integrated water supply and drainage to meet pre-entry handwashing and disinfection requirements.

All products were manufactured from Grade 304 Stainless Steel, with excellent welding and polishing finishes to meet stringent requirements for being dust-proof, anti-bacterial, and resistant to chemical cleaners.

General Laboratory Workspace Expansion

The second container furnished broader laboratory and production support areas, mainly comprising:

• All-Steel Laboratory Workbenches: Equipped with corrosion-resistant epoxy resin tops, offering high load capacity for general lab use.
• Additional Stainless-Steel Workbenches: Consistent with cleanroom standards, for use in associated areas requiring high cleanliness.
