 Challenge:

The school needed extra-long workbenches (up to 4 meters) to accommodate multiple students. Crucially, no central support legs were allowed to ensure free legroom, easy cleaning, and safe movement during classes. Standard designs with middle legs would obstruct mobility and create hazards.

Our Solution:

We engineered a single, wide-span steel frame that guarantees rigidity without intermediate supports, combined with premium materials and fine workmanship.

Technical Specifications:

• Worktop: 20 mm thick white epoxy resin – chemically resistant, scratch-proof, and easy to sanitize.
• Frame: 100×50×2.0 mm galvanized steel tube, providing exceptional load-bearing capacity.
• Sink Cabinet: 1.0 mm cold-rolled steel sheet, electrostatically spray-coated with 80 µm epoxy resin powder (inside and outside), resulting in a finished coating thickness of 1.15 mm for superior corrosion resistance.
• Hardware: Cushioned hinges for silent closing; ceramic sink with a dual-lever elbow-operated faucet (hot & cold) for hygienic, hands-free operation.
• Finish: All-white modern design, matching the bright laboratory environment.
