We recently completed another successful project for a valued client in Canada, reinforcing our expertise in designing and manufacturing high‑quality laboratory furniture. This project involved custom laboratory workbenches and storage cabinets, all produced and assembled in‑house at our facility.

Project Overview

The Canadian client required durable, ergonomic, and chemical‑resistant workstations for their R&D lab. Additionally, they needed space‑efficient storage cabinets for organizing lab equipment, glassware, and consumables. Our team worked closely with the client to tailor every detail – from dimensions and load capacity to surface materials and drawer configurations.

Our Solution

• Custom Laboratory Workbenches

Robust steel frames with epoxy powder coating for corrosion resistance. Workbench tops were made of high‑density phenolic resin, offering excellent chemical and heat resistance. Height‑adjustable options were included to meet ergonomic needs.

• Modular Storage Cabinets

Designed with soft‑closing drawers, adjustable shelves, and secure locking mechanisms. Clear labeling areas and anti‑slip liners improve daily workflow safety and efficiency.

• In‑House Assembly

All units were pre‑assembled in our factory before shipping. This step ensures strict quality control, verifies structural stability, and reduces on‑site installation time for the client.
