Features of Flammable Chemical Storage Cabinets

This is one of the cooperated projects. Includes 117pcs cabinets in an L shape, U shape, and straight shape. All is well knocked down structure, loaded in 2*40HQ, shipped together within 30 days.

• Epoxy resin powder coated with the yellow finish;
• The whole body is made of 1.0mmcold rolled steel (real thickness over 1.0mm), all welded double wall construction with 38mm (1 11/2”) insulating air space to keep less temperature when outside get burned;
• Three-point latch with a manual lock for better security;
• Each cabinet with 50mm leakproof sump to catch incidental drips;
• Piano hinges, the doors can be opened 180 degrees freely;
• Two flame arrester vents;
• Adjustable galvanized steel shelves,0mm thickness with reinforcement for heavy duty;

Installation

The installation is not difficult, in order to avoid any potential problems, we installed one sample, meanwhile provided an installation video and instructions. Their installation team finished the work excellently finally.
