Project Overview

ZH Labs Furniture has completed the production and delivery of a laboratory furniture project in Kyrgyzstan. The scope included 258 workbenches, 13 gas cylinder cabinets, 17 tall cabinets, and 17 balance tables. The workbenches feature phenolic resin worktops, 60×40×1.5mm steel frames, and mobile 2-drawer cabinets. The gas cylinder cabinets are single-cylinder units with automatic ventilation and alarm systems. The balance tables use 60mm thick marble tops, suitable for high-precision instruments. The client has picked up the goods, and on-site installation was arranged by the client.

Solution & Materials

Workbenches: 258 units with phenolic resin worktops, resistant to acids, alkalis, heat, and impact, suitable for high-frequency laboratory use. The 60×40×1.5mm steel frame provides stable structure and strong load capacity. Each unit comes with a mobile 2-drawer cabinet for storage and mobility.

Gas Cylinder Cabinets: 13 units, single-cylinder configuration, with automatic ventilation and alarm systems for safe storage of laboratory gas cylinders, improving laboratory safety.

Tall Cabinets: 17 units, steel cabinets for instruments, reagents, and safety equipment.

Balance Tables: 17 units with 60mm granite, vibration-resistant and stable, suitable for balances and other high-precision instruments.

Mobile 2-Drawer Cabinets: Made of melamine faced chipboard, 18mm drawer front and 16mm other parts, moisture-resistant and easy to clean, with casters for mobility.

The project was delivered in 2026.
